'Workout Wednesday is here again, where every week we walk you through different workouts to keep your fitness fresh and fun! This week on the TerraFIT we are doing a Surfer based HIIT styled workout. Starting with 30 paddles then doing 2 Surfer get ups (one on each leg) Then 20 paddles - 2 surfer get ups 10 paddles - 2 surfer get ups then going back up 20 paddles - 2 surfer get ups finishing off with 30 paddles and 2 surfer get ups.
